Information We Collect
10 Structure Enforcer is designed to minimize data collection.
We may collect:
- Email address (if you contact support)
- Trade log entries and discipline data entered manually by the user
- Subscription status information provided by Apple via In-App Purchase
We do not collect:
- Brokerage account credentials
- Direct market data feeds
- Financial account access
- Trade execution data
- Banking information
We do not execute trades on behalf of users.
How Information Is Used
Information is used solely to:
- Provide core app functionality
- Generate discipline analytics
- Maintain subscription access
- Improve app stability and performance
We do not sell personal data. We do not share user trade logs with third parties.
Data Storage
User trade and discipline data is stored locally on the user’s device and may sync securely using Apple iCloud, depending on device settings. We do not maintain external servers containing user trade logs.
Third-Party Services
Subscription payments are processed exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We may use standard analytics tools to improve application performance. These tools do not provide access to individual trade details.
Data Deletion
Users may delete their data at any time by deleting the application from their device. Users may also request assistance by contacting: support@10structureenforcer.com

10 Structure Enforcer is a behavioral execution and discipline tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or trading advice. It does not provide trade recommendations, signals, alerts, or predictions. Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions.
No Performance Guarantees
No representation or guarantee is made regarding trading performance, profitability, or results. Past discipline metrics do not guarantee future outcomes.
User Responsibility
- Their trading decisions
- Risk management
- Compliance with applicable laws
- Maintaining device security
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FNB Films, LLC shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages arising from use of the application. Use of the application is at the user’s own risk.
3. Subscription Terms
Advanced discipline features are available through a subscription purchased via Apple In-App Purchase.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
All billing is handled by Apple. We do not process subscription payments directly.
