Account Deletion Request
You can request the deletion of your 10 Structure Enforcer account and all associated data by following the steps below.
Step 1
Send an email to 10artcreator@gmail.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request
Step 2
Include the email address associated with your account and your username if applicable.
Step 3
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Data deleted
Your account profile, trade logs, discipline scores, streak history, and any user-generated content associated with your account.
Data retained
Aggregated and anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product improvement. Transaction records may be retained as required by law for up to 7 years.
